Her qualifications include Yoga Alliance TT in Shivananda Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama (Breathwork), Vipassana Meditation, DanceSport Trainer certification, and intensive training in Life Coaching & Mentoring (based on Positive Psychology and personal experience). A key aspect of her personal journey is competitive sports, which has shaped her expertise in life motivation, performance enhancement, goal setting, determination, empowerment, teamwork, and personal development.
